Personal Information protection policy
The Ivory Coast Japan Exchange Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), a specified non-profit organization, recognizes the importance of customers' personal information and has established the following personal information protection policy and will strive to implement it.
1. Management of Personal Information In addition to striving to keep customers' personal information accurate and up-to-date, the Association will take organizational, human, physical, and technical safety control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, damage, and unauthorized access of
personal information, and to safely manage other personal information.
2. Collection and use
of personal information When the Association receives personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address from customers, the Association will clarify the purpose of collection and will do so by lawful and fair means after obtaining the consent of the customer. In addition, when using this personal information, we will use it only within the scope of the purpose.
3. Prohibition
of Provision and Disclosure to Third Parties The Association will manage personal information provided by the Association responsibly and will not provide or disclose customers' personal information to third parties except in cases where there is a justifiable reason, such as when consent has been obtained from customers or when disclosure is requested based on laws and regulations.
4. Supervision of subcontractors In order to achieve the purpose of use agreed to by customers, when the Association discloses customers' personal information to subcontractors
, the Association will conduct appropriate supervision such as requiring by contract to thoroughly manage personal information at the same level as the Association, and having it implemented.
5. Ensuring and Improving
Information Security The Association will continue to strive to ensure and improve information security in order to prevent the leakage, loss, falsification, unauthorized access, etc. of customers' personal information.
6. Education and Enlightenment
The Association will educate and enlighten all employees to understand the importance of protecting personal information and to handle customers' personal information appropriately.
7. Response to Disclosure and Correction of
Personal Information If a customer wishes to disclose or correct his/her own personal information, the Association will respond within a reasonable period and scope after confirming that the customer who made the request is the person who made the request.
8. Continuous review and improvement
In addition to faithfully complying with laws, regulations, and other norms related to the protection of personal information, the Association will continuously review and improve its efforts to protect personal information in accordance with changes in the social environment.
