Joint seminar with NPO "Umi no kuni Japan" on empowering women

In October 2021, in collaboration with the Japanese non-profit organization "Umi no kuni Japan", we taught 100 women in Côte d'Ivoire how to make "fish surimi", which is a traditional food culture of Japan.
We also provided consultation so that women who took the course could use the recipe to become independent and start their own businesses.
