Empowering Ivorian women to experience Japanese cuisine techniques of making a hamburger

For us, it is very important to empower women and support their independence. We had a chance to combine traditional Japanese techniques by Yuriko Shiraishi director of NPO Umi no Kuni Nippon. When local, independent women learned techniques at a surimi center opened in Ivory Coast by Yuriko Shiraishi in March 2022.
