Organization Philosophy
The Solidarity Cote d’Ivoire-Japan (COTODI-JP) initiative aims to improve ties between Japan and the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire as well as other African countries, promote cooperation and exchange in the fields of economy, technology, agriculture, medicine, and promoting the development and prosperity of both parties.
Organization
General Assembly: Includes all members, often once a year, approves financial reports, organization and budget plans. It also approves amendments to the organization’s articles.
Board of Directors: Composed of directors (two-year terms).
Auditors: Auditors (two-year terms) audit the status of plans execution by directors and the status of organization.
President: The Directors shall elect the President.
Secretariat: Appoints the necessary staffs and executes the day to day operations the association.
Members and Volunteers: operate voluntarily but must do so in accordance with the organization’s laws and regulations.
