King Jim Co., Ltd. A donation ceremony was held on February 2, 2024 (Friday) at the Embassy of Côte d’Ivoire in Japan. The donated items will be used to improve hygiene at medical institutions, schools, and public facilities in the recipient countries.
At King Jim, we will continue to actively engage in such social contribution activities.

  • Embassy of Côte d’Ivoire in Japan – Acting Ambassador Abion Rats Silbere (right in the photo):
  • We deeply appreciate this donation, as it will have a significant impact on improving healthcare in Côte d’Ivoire. The Minister of Health also expressed his gratitude, noting that it is a very welcome donation. On behalf of the Embassy, I would like to extend our thanks to King Jim Co., Ltd. and the Côte d’Ivoire Japan Exchange Association for facilitating this opportunity.

  • The “Tette” alcohol dispenser has been widely used by the Japanese public as a preventive measure against the COVID-19 pandemic. Many countries and regions around the world still face the challenge of securing adequate hygiene environments due to the prevalence of various infectious diseases. We hope that spreading the habit of hand sanitization through “Tette” can contribute to the realization of a more sustainable society.

  • President of the Côte d’Ivoire Japan Exchange Association, Mr. Sako Lanciné (left in the photo):
  • In African countries, it is a reality that even medical institutions often lack adequate sanitation facilities. The donation will be used not only in Côte d’Ivoire but also in other African countries such as Senegal, Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania to promote sanitization practices in medical institutions and public facilities.

  • Product Overview of the “Tette” Alcohol Dispenser (TE500):
  • The “Tette” is an automatic hand sanitizer that sprays alcohol solution with just a hand wave. Compared to pump-style dispensers, it is more hygienic as there is no need to touch the device. It operates with four AA alkaline batteries, allowing it to be used in locations without a power outlet.
